Progress and Programme
Programme week 4
- Site Set up and compound is as per the CPP and heras fencing is in place.
- De- gassing of ac units on floors 2 and 3 is completed and we are awaiting certification for this.
- Strip out is completed on floors 2,3 and skip locations have changed along with the site management plan.
- Ground floor and 4th floor strip out under way.
- First fix electrical has started on site on the 3rd floor and the mains have been pulled in to the 3rd and 2nd floors
- First Fix stud works, and boarding have been completed on the 3rd floor and the second floor
80% completed, all materials on site for further floors - Hoarding of the site and traffic management is now completed
- We have also had various telecoms company’s come to site and carry work on the masts.
this is an ongoing situation.
Activities to be started & ongoing in the next 4 weeks:
- Strip out will continue the ground,4th and 5th
- First Fix electrical to 3rd and 2nd floor
- First fix stud work to 2nd and 4th floor will be completed
- First fix ventilation to the 3rd floor.
- Sprinkler install to 3rd floor.
- First fix plumbing to 3rd and 2nd floor
- Mf Ceiling install and 2nd side boarding to 3rd floor
- Plastering to 3rd floor
- Mist coat to 3rd Floor
- Tiling to 3rd floor
- Window survey to 3rd floor – install end of August – subject to planning
- Install of sub floor to 3rd floor
- Install of good hoist 8th August
