Manchester fastest growing UK house prices year on year
Manchester has once again registered the highest year on year growth in property prices with inflation of 6.6%, according to the latest UK House Price Index published by Zoopla. It marks the 14th consecutive month Manchester has placed within the top 3 UK cities for year-on-year growth.
