I have rented with NPP for a while now, Courtney has been excellent support with maintenance issues, liaising with the landlord and chasing up contractors. She has always been at the end of an email with any issues as it has been a long process to sort the contractors to resolve the problems I had

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hannah and Daisy are an absolute credit to the team — both incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout.

And a special mention to Hannah, who has to be the fastest-replying lettings negotiator in the North West!

We are happy to be working with Georgia and her team at NPP. They have been helpful and supportive even before we started our tenancy. Despite some small hiccups along the process, the team continues to show professionalism and commitment in delivering their service especially with the time difference on both sides. We truly appreciate the team and recommend them to whoever seeking to obtain related services.

I am very happy with the service I received from Emi. She has been extremely professional, really lovely and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She is always on the ball, is constantly available on the phone and is very quick to reply to emails. I’ve praised her to other professionals involved in my house purchase, knowing I can rely on her to maintain good communication with everyone involved. Having rented from NPP for almost 3 years prior to this purchase, I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire team. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Hannah and Daisy at NPP Residential.

They were professional, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire letting process. My apartment had been vacant, and they worked hard to find suitable tenants and kept me updated every step of the way. Communication was always clear and timely, and they made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.

I particularly appreciated their persistence, attention to detail, and willingness to answer questions promptly. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to secure tenants and get everything in place smoothly.

I would happily recommend Hannah and Daisy at NPP to any landlord looking for a reliable and professional letting team.

Thank you both!

Additional Review 04-06-2026:
I recently had an issue with the rental for this month which turned out to be a system error. However, at that time when the rental was not showing up in our account, and the cause was not known, it can cause a lot of stress and this is where a speedy and prompt response from a managing agent makes a huge difference. I contacted NPP Residential's accounts team and Teraj Kaur was so prompt with her response and managed to resolve my issue in a timely manner. Thank you Teraj.

Previous Review:
After several months without a tenant, I decided to engage NPP Residential to manage our property, and I’m very glad we did.

Georgia Hamill, the Lettings New Business Manager, was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout making the onboarding process smooth and helped get everything sorted quickly.

The property was advertised promptly and a tenant was secured within a week, which really which reflects the efficiency of Georgia and her team.

Thanks again, Georgia for all the help.

Hannah was really helpful in making my tenancy application a smooth one. Despite lots of bank holidays during the period, she made sure that my tenancy application was approved as fast as possible. She has been really understanding in helping with my circumstances.

Daisy was really helpful in helping me pick up my keys and moving in as soon as possible. It was also really nice of her to give me a housewarming gift which I appreciate very much.

She also made extra effort to personally assure me that she will do her best to manage the situation and she finally did get the issues resolved . All this is on top of her regular workload I am sure and the issues were not her doing either . Great work , Teraj!
