Additional Review 04-06-2026: I recently had an issue with the rental for this month which turned out to be a system error. However, at that time when the rental was not showing up in our account, and the cause was not known, it can cause a lot of stress and this is where a speedy and prompt response from a managing agent makes a huge difference. I contacted NPP Residential's accounts team and Teraj Kaur was so prompt with her response and managed to resolve my issue in a timely manner. Thank you Teraj. ---------------------------------- Previous Review: After several months without a tenant, I decided to engage NPP Residential to manage our property, and I’m very glad we did. Georgia Hamill, the Lettings New Business Manager, was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout making the onboarding process smooth and helped get everything sorted quickly. The property was advertised promptly and a tenant was secured within a week, which really which reflects the efficiency of Georgia and her team. Thanks again, Georgia for all the help.

Hannah was really helpful in making my tenancy application a smooth one. Despite lots of bank holidays during the period, she made sure that my tenancy application was approved as fast as possible. She has been really understanding in helping with my circumstances. Daisy was really helpful in helping me pick up my keys and moving in as soon as possible. It was also really nice of her to give me a housewarming gift which I appreciate very much.

Had issues with Legacie Block Management but Teraj from NPP helped resolve it with lots of patience and efforts. She also made extra effort to personally assure me that she will do her best to manage the situation and she finally did get the issues resolved . All this is on top of her regular workload I am sure and the issues were not her doing either . Great work , Teraj!
