Operating nationwide at first, realising scope for huge opportunity in the North of England, NPP’s founders quickly turned their attention to Manchester at the beginning of it’s path to becoming the UK’s premier investment city.

IN THE BEGINNING
2011 - NPP Was Born

2015 - A City Centre HQ
As we ventured into the Manchester market and our business began to grow rapidly we needed a city centre base. We moved into chic offices in the heart of Manchester Albert Square district and increased our workforce by 50%.
2016 - SATISFYING DEMAND
2016 - Lettings & Management Open
In 2016 it was clear our services needed to evolve to cater for the time-strapped investor, so we set out to develop an in-house lettings and management division. This new service proved a revelation with our clients as it enabled us to offer a truly hands-off investment experience. This was the first pivotal stage in our evolution into the full service property agency we are today.
2018 - INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION
2018 - UAE Office Opens
The UK property market has always been an attractive investment vehicle for overseas buyers but never more so than in the last decade. The staggering increase of transactions from the Middle East, Europe, North America and the Far East saw the opening of our UAE office in Dubai.
2019 - A NEW IDENTITY
2019 - Time for a re-brand
As our core services continued to grow and our mission as a company evolved our identity needed to follow suit. This meant a rebrand was necessary to reflect the true nature of our business and to reflect our purpose as a full service property agency. NPP Residential was created.
2019 - ON THE MOVE AGAIN
2019 - A new home
As part of ongoing expansion we moved to plush new offices in the heart of Manchester’s financial district when we unveiled our shiny new identity – NPP Residential. We now employ over 30 staff worldwide and have experts in the sales, lettings, property management and investments market.
2019 - MORE GROWTH
2019 - Sales Division Opens
2019 was a busy year at NPP and continued growth influenced by an increasingly buoyant Manchester re-sales market meant it was time for us to unveil our sales division. The sales function complements all of our services perfectly so and it instantly felt like a natural step.
2020 - A FULL SERVICE AGENCY
2020 - Bringing it all together
2020 was the year we really completed our transition into a full service property agency unlike any other. Our native investments division continued to flourish but now heavily complemented by our in-house lettings, management and resale offering which has become a powerhouse in its own right.
2021 - OUR 10TH ANNIVERSARY

2022 - A BRITISH PROPERTY AWARD
2022 - Best Manchester Estate Agent Award
2022 saw NPP Residential win the British Property Award for Best Estate Agent in Manchester (M3) 2022/ Our team performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging process, which focused on customer service levels. The British Property Awards provide agents throughout the UK with an invaluable opportunity to compare the service provided by their local, regional and national competition.

2023 - OUR 12TH ANNIVERSARY
2023 - Our 12th Anniversary
A lot has happened at NPP Residential, and in the market, since our 10th birthday back in 2021. We’ve navigated through a glocal pandemic, economic and political uncertainty and apparent turbulence throughout the property market. That said, over the last 2 years our management portfolio has doubled in size, we’ve added several new developments to our off-plan portfolio, our sales and lettings team’s have hit record numbers and we’ve even won an award!
